Join us in this exclusive FIRESIDE CHAT between the Entrepreneur, the Angel Investor and the Lawyer plus a pitch session.

Starting a company can be difficult. Going to the next step to get market validation is likely to be a challenge because you need financing. Your company, however, is not quite ready for Venture Capital funding. Seed Financing is your optimal choice and it is most often gathered from family, friends or even Angel Investors.

Do you know how such financing is done and how to manage the process? Naturally each side has their own expectation. We invite you to learn more about this type of financing and how to manage the process.
This chat will cover the basics of seed financing for both U.S. and International companies. Topics covered will include:
* Use of convertible notes
* Use of common stock
* Use of preferred stock
* What to look out for in each type of financing

Following the Fireside chat five pre-selected aspiring entrepreneurs/companies will showcase their business to a distinguished group of Investors.
