Key Note and Panel Discussion
The investment community has been reaping the benefits from the success of their portfolio
companies. Are those days over for the Venture Capitalist, Angel Investor, Investment bankers or any
other institutional investor? Can anyone become an investor if they join a crowdfunding platform. Is
crowdfunding just a new buzzword or the wave of the future that can help the startup community find
investments quicker and easier?
Crowdfunding is moving to become a reality as SEC is likely to approve a set of guidelines, this
summer, that will allow anyone to participate in an investment opportunity including aunt Jessica,
uncle Bill, or a stranger you never met before. It is an exciting opportunity for everyone to join the big
league investors community. However, do these new investors understand how to select the right
investment opportunity?
There are two sides to a coin and thus there are two sides to crowdfunding. Does aunt Jessica
know how to evaluate an investment leveraging on the crowdfunding platform and will the startup
company really want to give aunt Jessica let alone a crowdfunding group equity in their company?
Future Investors are you ready to invest? join us to learn How to Fall in Love with an investment
opportunity from experts investors with proven success records. Entrepreneurs, startups and any
