Co-founder VP of Business Development at ZooQ
ZooQ http://www.zooqnet.com/ is seeking an ambitious VP of Business Development with the ability to launch
ZooQ by establishing a fit between customer needs and ZooQ's capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Engage customers to discover needs and key selling points and feed customer requirements to the engineering
team.
* Promote ZooQ as a free service through public speaking.
* Close first enterprise customer sales.
* Identify and close partnership opportunities.
* Design sales and partner strategy.
* Brainstorm with the executive team to develop strategies to solve problems and pursue opportunities.
* Manage time effectively with minimal supervision to meet challenges and pursue opportunities.
Requirements:
* BS or MS in business or equivalent.
* 4+ years of experience in direct sales and communications.
* In-depth experience launching new web companies.
* Previous early stage startup experience highly desired.
