Signals Research Group, LLC (SRG), a US-based research consultancy that offers thought-leading
field research and consulting services on the wireless telecommunications industry.  Its flagship
research product is a research product entitled “Signals Ahead,” which has attracted a strong
following across the entire wireless ecosystem with corporate subscribers on five continents.  The
consultancy also published the first independent study of next-generation wireless economics,
which many industry followers consider to be the preeminent study of its kind.  

In his current endeavor, Mr. Thelander is the lead analyst for Signals Ahead and he guides a team of
industry experts that provide consulting services for the wireless industry, including some of the
largest mobile operators, the top equipment OEMs, trade associations, and financial institutions.
Prior to founding SRG, Mr. Thelander was an analyst with Deutsche Bank Equity Research where he
followed the wireless industry.  Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Thelander was a consultant with
KPMG (now known as BearingPoint) and a communications officer with the United States Army.  Mr.
Thelander has also published numerous articles for leading trade publications and engineering
journals throughout his career.  

He has been an invited speaker at industry conferences around the world and he is frequently
quoted by major news sources and industry newsletters, including The Economist, The Wall Street
Journal, Business Week, Investors Business Daily, Reuters, Bloomberg News, and The China Daily.
Mr. Thelander earned a Masters of Science in Solid State Physics from North Carolina State
University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Graduate
School of Business.

Serving as current Mayor for the City of Mountain View Since January 2009.  Margaret has extensive
experience in the public sector working for Congresswoman Anna Eshoo in her District Office for over
six years—where she served in many roles, including as Field Representative and was a liaison to
Mountain View. She has also worked at De Anza College and has been a small business owner.
Margaret also had valuable experience serving the Santa Clara County Board of Education beginning
in 2002. She served as a trustee for Area 1 which covers the Mountain View-Whisman School District
and the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District. During her time, she served as the
Board's Vice President and on various committees for the County Board where she enhanced her
experience and commitment to issues for youth and education.

Graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government
Nagraj Kashyap
Vice President, Qualcomm Ventures

Nagraj Kashyap is a Vice President at Qualcomm and heads up worldwide activities for Qualcomm
Ventures. Mr. Kashyap has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to
his current role, Nagraj worked in various engineering and management capacities at Nortel, 3COM,
Motorola, PRTM and Qualcomm. He currently actively manages and serves as a board member or
observer for Qualcomm Ventures investments in Zeebo, Obopay, WaveMarket, Airplay Networks,
GoTV Networks, Triage Wireless, and Novarra. Mr. Kashyap also led Qualcomm Ventures
investments in Airvana (AIRV) and Bitfone (acquired by HP in 2007).

Mr. Kashyap has an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and an MS in
Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

David Callisch
Vice President of Marketing, Ruckus Wireless

With over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Marketing Communications, David has focused his
efforts on the networking hardware industry, and is a veritable fountain of information on this subject.
He has extensive experience helping early-stage (Series A) networking startups identify market
opportunities, establish defensible differentiation, and create a unique brand. Oh, and he brings
bucketloads of energy to every project. Before Ruckus, he was the Director of Communications at
Aruba Networks, helping to launch the company and build the wireless LAN switching market
segment. Previously, he served as Director of Communications at Allegro Networks, a supplier of
carrier routing equipment, and held marketing positions at Alteon WebSystems, StrataCom,
SynOptics/Bay Networks, and BT North America.
